• Given the limited and handcrafted nature of each piece, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. The piece must be unworn and returned in its original packaging.
• Custom and Collector Series pieces are final sale.
• To initiate a return, contact us at info@silvoi.com with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 24 hours.
