Shipping Info

Every SILVOI piece is shipped free of charge within the United States.

Orders are prepared and dispatched from our Jaipur atelier within 3–5 business days. Delivery within the US typically takes 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch.

Each piece is packaged in SILVOI archival packaging and ships fully insured. A tracking number is provided upon dispatch.

For Collector Series and Private Acquisition pieces, shipping timelines are confirmed individually at the time of enquiry.

Returns & Exchanges

Given the limited and handcrafted nature of each piece, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. The piece must be unworn and returned in its original packaging.

Custom and Collector Series pieces are final sale.

A note on packaging

Every SILVOI piece arrives in our signature archival box — designed to be kept, not discarded. Inside you will find the piece, a certificate of authenticity, and a care card.
